Lets learn some Knots! Get a piece of rope about 2 feet long
and follow the images to practice each knot.
Bowline Knot
The most useful and one of the
simplest ways of putting a fixed
loop in the end of a rope. It is
easy to tie and to untie, it never
slips nor jams and has a high
breaking strength. It has been
called the "King of Knots"
Figure Eight
The Figure Eight Knot is a
stopper knot. It is used at the
end of a line to keep it from
slipping away.
Square Knot
The best known and most useful
parcel knot. It should preferably
only be tied with the two ends of
heavy loads.
Sheets Bend
This knot is used  when joining
two ropes of different diameters
together. The more tension you
put on the lines the tighter the
knot will become but will untie
easily
