| Hosmer Lake is a wonderful trip for the whole family to enjoy. With its rugged landscape and panoramic views of Mt. Bachelor, Broken Top, and the South Sister, everywhere you look it is breathtaking. Hosmer Lake is really two lakes in one that are joined by a long reed lined channel and has lots of back water areas to explore. The lake is feed by Quinn creek at the northern end and a 3/4 mile journey up it will bring you to a small water fall. This is a fly fishing only lake and you can see the Atlantic salmon and Brook trout swimming in the clear water underneath your boat. You can set up camp in one of the two designated camp grounds or find your own back country campsite. |
